Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: 1 May 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service governing your use of Nexus CRM ("the Service"), provided by P3 Technologies Ltd.

1. Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to upload, store, transmit, or distribute any content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harassing, or abusive.
  • Infringes any intellectual property right, privacy right, or other right of any third party.
  • Contains personal data of individuals where you do not have a lawful basis to process it.
  • Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, or any other malicious code.
  • Promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against any group.
  • Constitutes child sexual abuse material or content sexualising minors.
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to facilitate any illegal activity.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Attempt to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related infrastructure without our prior written authorisation.
  • Bypass or attempt to bypass any authentication, security, or access control mechanism.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service except as expressly permitted.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service.
  • Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) via the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use the Service to compete with us, including by building or assisting in building a competing product.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.

3. Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to hello@nexus-crm.co.uk. Reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially.

4. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion and without liability:

  • Investigate any suspected violation.
  • Remove or disable access to any content that violates this AUP.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement and provide information as required by law.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website and notified to active users by email for material changes.
